God created (an act of giving) Adam and Eve perfect and complete as one in Him - their only Father. His design was to "multiply giving" by way of procreation (an act of giving). A child is born vulnerable into life and requires giving of the parents to sustain the new life.
Through parenting, man trains (giving) the child in the way he should go (to learn oneness with God). When he leaves, he shall cleave to his wife and the two shall become one flesh, (God's gift of oneness as an example by way of human relationship, to help us understand the oneness relationship God desires with us - His goal for our life).
